Any other Alabama folks here see the Governor's race as a shrug?

I just can't get fired up about Tuberville. Of course, Doug Jones tries to say the right things but he is salivating about Alabama being Illinois or Massachusettes one day.

If Republicans in Alabama hadn't fricked up and basically gifted a Senate seat to Doug Jones, no one today would even know who he is. Alabama Democrats would have moved on to someone else. If Mo Brooks and Luthur Strange had figured out a way between the two of them for one to run and the other throw his support behind him, Moore never wins the primary, and Doug Jones's political career would be over. But noooooo. Alabama Republicans split their votes and handed a Senate seat to Jones, in a state that Trump had carried a year before, 62%-36%.

It was pretty bad.
Doug actually isn’t terrible as far as democrats go but he absolutely just voted right along with the dems against the interests of his constituents.
I’m guessing he figured he knew he was donezo anyway and only won because his opponent was a creep.

Which begs the question...what is their business model predicated on? Youre in one of the most conservative states in the union trying to drive viewership, so you lean hard left??? Makes no sense unless they are paid dem propaganda.
