I'd attempt to go for the face, miss, and then be shot to death. That's the most likely scenario in my case.

Shooting at him would at the very least draw attention away from the students. You might die, but you might also buy time for people to get out.

Empty the mag into him. Pretty sure some of the rounds would penetrate. And the ones that don't would still feel like getting hit with a sledge hammer.

I promise you that the dweeby little kid that shot up the Florida school would have been taken down by 1 well placed round in the chest, even if he had a bulletproof vest on.

shoot him in the balls. even if it covered by body armor, still gonna hurt like hell. I don't know about it, but my body ceases to function when I have been hit in the nuts.

Basically exactly what happened to the UT shooter back in the 60s. I think one deputy essentially forced him to pin down with cover fire while they waited for backup and allowed tons of people around the tower to get the hell out of dodge as opposed to him blowing everyone away like he had been doing previously.

They make tactical gear to protect the head and legs. That's what the Aurora Theater shooting guy had.
That stuff really isn't stopping very many, if any, bullets. It might slow the bullets down a bit, but you're going down if a bullet hits you on your limbs.
To make truly protective armor for your limbs, it'd be so heavy that you could barely move.
To answer your question, is it just me or do I have two or three others with pistols as well?

I don't care what kind of body armor you have, a gunshot to the chest hurts, and multiple will put you on your back guaranteed.

Best case you hit him in the face and its instantly over. Even if you don't hit him though, im sure he would become very distracted when he realized someone was shooting back

Most full size pistols hold 12+ rounds. I have a Glock .40 cal that holds 17+1. 5 hits even wearing armor is gonna incapacitate 99% of people.
