I know it had to have been said already but just shoot them, center mass, body armor doesn't stop the bullet from knocking the shite out of you, then while he's stunned finish it off.

Seems like most of the time when those mass shooting cowards encounter any type of force they kill themselves. So I’m going to try to luck and start shooting

As an active shooter response instructor I can tell you that the best defense against an active shooter is rounds flying back. It's the ultimate mind right. Most commit suicide as soon as they are engaged. The others are so worried about not getting shot that all their attention is on the other person shooting instead of shooting innocents. This works until bigger guns arrive.

Some “expert” on tv said that at about 7 yards, the average number of hits on target for LEOs on a range is 80-90 percent. In live fire situations at that distance it drops to 17 percent. Empty the mag at center mass. If you’re LEO you’re gonna have spare mags. Shoot all you can.

She may not be a marksman, but if she has the option of holding a gun in her hand if the gunman comes into the room, or holding up an empty palm as she pleads for her life, I know which I would want my daughter to choose.
