Does your house really get to 67? I’ve got a new house with foam insulation and big unit (a/c not me) and I set it to 70 at night and I need two comforters. Again I’m not the average 300lb baw.

My house will always be a place for 69.
I also set my thermostat at 68.

Whoever made that suggestion is welcome to come to south Louisiana in August and set their thermostat on 78.
My function will be to point at them and laugh.

When you pay your own bills, you can decide.

My brother works for the government. I just messaged him to ask what his buildings thermostat is set to. He answered back with 68.
Even the government knows the government is full of shite.

When you're sleeping, the government suggests you set the thermostat at 82 degrees

I like the summer, I can bump it up to 70! I have to bump it to 68 in the fall and spring to keep the humidity down.

I had to turn my heat on a few days ago - weird Spring

If you live in BR and say that, i would be very concerned with how you are possibly comfortable inside your house from 3pm- 8pm during the summer
