Nope. Don’t believe in ghosts or mambo jombo, but I’ll never be at peace with that in my head. And I’m not investing in a house where that’s the case. There’s plenty of people who don’t care. But not me.

I used to live across the street from the condos where Derrick Todd Lee murdered one of his victims. I always wondered if that place ever sold again.

Buddy in high school bought a car that a guy committed suicide in by shooting himself. In July in south LA. They didn't find the body for five days.

Insurance company sold them the one year old car for a couple of hundred bucks.

He and his dad ripped the entire interior out and sandblasted the inside before priming the metal and replacing the interior. I was never comfortable with that.

Did the same. Shot herself through the neck. I had to clean up all the blood, (lots of it) and dig the bullet out of the window casing.

When I moved to BR I already had a house for sale in Atlanta.

Had that not been the case, I would have seriously looked into buying Gina Wilson Green's house on Stanford Avenue in BR. At the time in was on the market, it was very inexpensive for the neighborhood.

How about if I find a house I like and murder the owner to force the house onto the market and drive the price down at the same time?

Yes... I would that the murder quota for that house has been reached and it's such a long shot another will occur. You could probably negotiate a hell of a discount, too.

I'd say you are a damn shrewd businessman and hell of a capitalist. Now THAT'S making things happen in your favor.

A good friend of mine was murdered in the living room of his and his mom's house several years ago.

She still lives there and cleaned up the mess from where they shot him.

I have no clue how she stays there.

People die in all kinds of ways all the time. As long as clean it all, and it’s not a high profile case, I’m okay with it.

In Alabama, realtors are not required to divulge this information. ( I think)
But many states they are required,if asked.
