I haven't even thought that far down the road. I made a commitment for better or for worse and invested nearly 25 years of my life with this one person. It's difficult just to pick up and "act as if" ... everyone has problems, and I never wanted to trade in one set of problems for another set of problems. I'd preferred to work through them, but unfortunately, that didn't happen.

Also, speaking honestly, I'm not too excited about wanting to have step-children. Nothing against them, or my future spouse, but the likelihood of that happening is greater today because of my age. The love that I have for my biological children is not something that can ever be matched with someone's elses children.
