Well, that is also part of the problem.
They are now free to murder who they please, only to have a progressive judge provide some "racial justice" and let them off, or have them serve little to no time. that chevron is next to the waffle house on 190 just east of 55
i have a rule about hammond gas stations...any station farther than a half mile from an interstate exit is a no-go zone. i guess that will have to be amended

True, but the magazine doesn't look wide enough for 7.62 or 5.56. Looks like 9mm or maybe 45.

That was a set-up.

the reason its likely to be ended after this year is "undesirables" hanging around these downtown events looking to cause violence, as shown by the cinco de mayo shooting. the downtown business owners (and hammond PD) have had enough...but nobody can safely just come on out and say what the specific problem is. and that problem is young black males

If you watch the video, you can see the husband/boyfriend get out the car and start walking towards the Chevron store. He then looks back to his left right at the shooter's car while it is waiting. The car then pulls up alongside the car he was in and starts blasting it. They evidentially were not trying to shoot him since they watched him walk out the car and into the store. Looks like the man gave them a look and that was the cue to take out his wife/gf.
