She's very angry and has every right to be.
Let this be a lesson. Find a mechanic/body shop you can trust and it will never be a dealership

Damn, I can’t get a mechanic to work on my car unless I pay them.

I certainly hope this is an isolated dealership

They’re taking the term stealership to a whole other level.

This should be the real Me Too movement.

A lot of times the warranty requires you to get serviced at the dealership.
She got serviced in the sense of a farmer hiring a bull to service the cows.

My feeling on all newer vehicles and many other things for that matter is they will never be as good as they were after the initial new manufactured process has been taken apart.

Unfortunately I live in Lake Charles and don't own a kia....it coulda been me

Assuming this is what it appears to be if it were me it wouldn't be a videoed conversation with a mechanic, it would be me walking into the general manager's office and asking what the frick over.

This is against the law in the US. Maybe some sort of service plan but not a warranty. It's called Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Was passed in 1975.

Hope their lawyers are better than their PR Folks. They should be shut down. Unbelievable

Any dealership service department talking about honesty is just rubbing it in your face

This guy reminds me of a little stupid kid getting caught doing something he knows he shouldn't have done... The stupid lies are too funny.. At this point she should have just let him keep digging his own grave...
