As bad as our year has been

The year should have been pretty good for you. You got to watch the coach you wanted and stumped for coach your football team. It was exactly what you were dreaming about.

Now were living in the bombed out wreckage of the decisions of morons like you.

Who's your #1 dream this time, so we can figure out the exact opposite guy and hire him?

Because our program has been so bad for so long and our defense this year has been the first consistent good thing we've seen for many years.

Auburn ranks 112th in opponent passing yards per game (13th in SEC).
9th in SEC for total defense.
8th in SEC for scoring defense.

Auburn does rank 10th nationally for run defense, but it's pretty much negated by the 112th against the pass.

Our defense is competent when compared directly to our offense, but our defense is NOT stellar when compared to other SEC defenses.

Then we get Durkin

Why do Auburn fans make Durkin into some kinda DC superhero? Like his defense has been the best ever? I don't understand.

FYI, Will Muschamp says Durkin is "our guy."
quote:

I'm surprised we haven't heard about Durkin interviewing for any HC jobs.

A mid-level SEC defense for a terrible team, coordinated by a previous absolute failure of a head coach not getting looks at head coaching vacancies surprises you?

nice job of shopping out the jack stands

You’re confusing the C-5 & the C-130. C-5 lives on jack stands & is FRED, C-130 is the longest manufactured aircraft in history that’s been there, done that since 1954.

Two sexy ladies in this pic, Linda Carter and the mighty C-130. :pimp:

Got about 1,200 miles on some KO3s after putting 60k+ on some KO2s. All of the issues that the KO2s had, supposedly are fixed with the KO3s (balancing and wet traction).

But, I am starting to notice that it feels like one of my fronts are starting to come out of balance. Need to swing by Discount Tire and see if it slung a weight.

Also, my MPG has dropped by 1 mile per gallon on the new KO3s.

I was excited about potentially getting Lane Kiffin last go around, but other than that dating back to the Chizik coaching search I have definitely become bored of them

Yep. Pretty much been nothing exciting for Auburn with that one exception. Now, LSU and FL are in a race to get Lane and Auburn is just looking in the scratch and dent pile.

1) No route trees looking like this:

Average route tree:

2. No college age daughter.

C- Good looking wife.

Frick i'd take durkin for 5 mill before we pay Drink 10 mill

Why do you care what we pay?

I'd rather pay the amount required to get a great coach than get a good deal on meh.

Enlighten us, clown.

Calling metafour a clown is certainly a choice.

I saw a quote on twitter that is 100% correct on Durkin.

If he was the current DC at BAMA or UGA atm with a top defense the fan base would have him at #1.

You follow dumb accounts.

3 of the top 10 teams in the CFP have gone internally for their HC hires.

Of those 3 internal HC hires, how many were previously fired as a HC and had a losing record?

We don't even have the bottle anymore.

Kenny Chesney is top for a lot of us beach people. Since Jimmy has passed, he is the next true Coastal music guy. There are a few out there but Chesney brings the Coastal vibe

As a kid that grew up on the gulf coast, let me be the first to say, country music sucks.
