That coin appears to be on the binance network which is not supported on Coinbase. You would have to get binance coin from somewhere else to send to your wallet to trade for it I also recommend not buying random copycat meme coins unless you know what you are getting into...

Create a wallet of you don't have one, coinbase wallet etc Get the address for you wallet for whatever asset, ex bitcoin and copy the address Go to your old binance account and select the asset-> Takeout -> withdraw-> paste your wallet address and select the max amount -> withdraw ...
