I'd say so personally because of two bad knees and in 2021 I damaged a knee again carrying gas cans. The pain, PT and cost prompted me to go with a generator. It's 22k watts in a single story house..
They don't like Anglos.
Sending to the NE or the Great Lakes region: forget it. Absolutely the worst and it can't be called a service.

It depends on the region because its like saying American accents in general when the south, NE, Great lakes, SW, NW areas are different.

Not a specific tool, but the Fiskar brand is great in that I had a part break and they sent a no questions asked replacement. I have their lopers and pruners.

AT&T 1Gb fiber and totally reliable versus Cox.
The gas company broke the line and the AT&T field guys had it fixed within 1.5 hrs. They also verified the connection speed showing it was the same before the gas company screw-up.
