They've lost quite a bit of business because employees were very knowledgeable with products, but not at all now.

Yep. A buddy of mine in Toronto retired a few years ago when they tried that in workplaces. Muzzies are now finding they can try an achieve their goals being elected in local governments.

Yep. I did the same years and years ago with a stick and oxy-acetylene welding class. The info on prep, health and safety and finishing different metals was invaluable.
Their prices have crept up and they seem to bundle more items to make a sale. Where I live, the delivery is great wrt accuracy and handling. FedEx here is an outpost for misfits who deliver to the wrong address and bash and crash parcels.
