Good question , I’d like to think/hope it’s just because the building is cold.

I bring the same jacket to work year round (middle of summer and middle of winter). I sit in same room in hospital for 9hrs and the temperature can fluctuate greatly and thermostat is usually not functional. 65° with air blowing on you nonstop gets uncomfortable after a while.

Les Miles had no excuse. That was pretty ridiculous.

Some of you either don't have kids are just fricking dumb.

Most jackets now a days come with hoodies. It's cold as shite in the classrooms and the thermostats are not even at the school it is controlled at different location.

I wear a jacket at work because my alcoholism thins my blood.

I wear a sweater over a button up or polo every single day. July or december.

It's 60 degrees in my office. Sometimes colder.

As a highschooler...

I have no fricking clue. My school doesn’t have dress code so during the summer and early fall I walk around in shorts and a T-Shirt. I’m comfortable and I’m not sweating profusely while I’m class. I have never understood why the people around me are wearing hoodies in the summer in South Louisiana.

Mine does this too. He’s 15 and rarely wears shorts except if he’s working outside. Always wearing a jacket or hoodie to school even if it’s 100+ because "it might be cold in there"

I keep my house between 69 and 71.

Teen wears a hoodie inside and wraps up in a blanket. Which is fine, I guess, because nobody touches my thermostat but me. I’d be in my boxers with a fan blowing on me most of the time if I could. frick being hot in your own home.

That’s why I refuse to stay at my parents anymore. Old man keeps it 78. I don’t get it. It isn’t the 1920s anymore

They aren’t though. You think we don’t know what’s going on?

We did it when I was in high school because school dress code dictated that shirts are to be tucked in.

Ain't nobody said nothing about a hoodie.

Same. We had a ROTC teacher officer whatever the hell they are in the cafeteria that would scream and touch people over a shirt even slightly untucked. So most of us wore hoodies (and skipped meals) to avoid him.

My mom does the same. At what point do older adults become perpetually cold? Eff that.

And yeah. My 11 year old wears a hoodie to school every day. No clue. She insists it’s cold, but she’s fine in our 68 degree house.
