re: Why do teenagers and junior highers wear hoodies-jackets in summer??

Some are just being rebels. Some are cold...I get it, but a lot of times it’s kids trying to look tough or nefarious. Don’t believe me? If it was NORMAL dress code they damn sure wouldn’t do it. I raised 3, and the worst one got KICKED OUT of “Teen Challenge” in Oklahoma. (For out-of-control teens) They go through their clothes when kids show up, and toss out the dark hoodies. They said there is USUALLY Attitude that goes with it. Thankfully, most grow out of it.
