Why are all of the judges in NOLA Black and female?

Civil District Court in New Orleans has 14 divisions. All 14 are occupied by an African-American judge. Only three of those are men, and one is about to retire and will likely be replaced by a black female.
As a city, New Orleans is 45% white with a LOT more white lawyers than black lawyers.
I have been doing this a long time, so I'm not dumb. Lawyers of any race who are making good money aren't going to take the pay cut to be a state court judge. And the job is one headache after another. I've always felt (even back when the court was racially balanced) that judgeships attracted folks who didn't have much going on in their practice and needed a steady paycheck.

AA females are getting educated and out of the hood. Problem is, their dating pool is mostly thugs.

"Educated". Theyre deliberately selected in admissions because of race/gender and very few ever actually work in the private sector because that requires productivity.
Majority are in government work and hire each other to other do nothing money wasting jobs.
For example - Sheila Jackson Lee's daughter makes $411,000 working for Harris County doing some made up BS position. This is a microcosm of black female "progress" in the United States.
