Who is the most important figure in history (who is not a central figure of a religion)?

Obviously, Jesus would rank #1 if central religious figures are included. But, if you don’t include central religious figures, who is the most important?

Maybe not all time, but Hitler for the 20th century. Started a war that launched huge advances in technology and changed world politics forever. He would be easily a top 5 most important person all time if the bad guys won.
