Not really. Many places have gone to unlimited PTO or vacation, because people actually end up taking less.
We have unlimited sick leave, but it's rather obvious who abuses that and they don't last long.
I post on TD all day because it's part of my job to be on the internet researching for IOCs/IOAs and the latest TTPs from APTs and cybercrime groups.

Me too then a bean counter decided they would provide a company phone instead of letting me expense it or we could pound sand. I chose to keep my phone since my number is critical. And I could've transferred the number to company phone but I dont trust them

Make my own hours. I wear shorts and flip flops to work all year long. Unlimited earning potential. It's sales, so there's ups and downs and last year sucked big time, but I definitely have no interest in going back to engineering, which is what I was doing before I fell into my current career.
