Other than the pay of course.


Working 1/2 days on Friday and unlimited PTO for me.

Also using company fishing/hunting camps is nice too.

Permanent WFH and good benefits while on work travel.

We have unlimited leave, which I actually don't like. End up taking significantly less than when it is budgeted and enforced.

I can literally take off whenever I want to do doc shite or vehicle shite.

If it's slow, I can shitpost here or on other websites.

Boss gives us tons of perks for celebration stuff.

Company gatherings.

Tons of overtime available

Located on a bay which is gorgeous, get to watch whales, orcas, otters..etc.

Used to be paid for lunches every day.

Now, nothing of note but still a good gig. 20 days PTO, off entire week of July 4 and Christmas to New Years. WFH option will be permanent, much less time in the office

Time off. Only working 200ish days a yr, and work is 10mins from home.
