We should match up better with USCe as they’re a more run heavy team. However, Beamer’s back is up against the wall so we’ll see how both teams respond. Have no clue at this point.

Very true. But I'd rather get burned by blitzing at this point than rushing 3 and still not being able to cover

Yep, the defensive play calling at the end of the first half was horrible. They had 29 seconds left on their own 26 and we played prevent defense. Instead of going into half down 7 we go down double digits.

I haven’t seen our OL play that bad in a long time. Consistently getting beat on a 3 man rush.

He rarely brings pressure it seems.
I think we’re all still a bit traumatized from Napier. I don’t think BYU, Texas tech, Utah are better than us but could make an argument for LSU. Doesn’t really matter, it will play itself out.

-Elite skill players. VB3 looks like the second coming of Percy Harvin. You already know about Baugh.
-Philo has looked great at QB, don’t care about competition I’ve seen enough shitty qb play over the years to know the difference.
-Trenches are questionable
-secondary has looked elite and shitty at the same time
-special teams is above average

You guys are ranked like 100 in run defense??
Just need to contain Chambliss and not turn the ball over. Their O is not explosive and they’ll be without Lacy (game time decision my arse with a bye week next week). Their D is not good, at least on paper, and very weak against the run.
Gators have better skill players. Not convinced Brown is much better than Philo. We’ll see.
