Most of the people in Lafayette are friendly in person , but definitely a lot of a-hole drivers compared to other parts of the state.
Needlessly trying to cut people off in city driving , etc.

Lafayette drivers are worse than Texas motherfrickers who drive. Otherwise, Lafayette folks are pretty friendly.

When I went to LSU and moved to Baton Rouge from Lafayette, I was really surprised at how racist and mean people are. I am a Cajun girl and never meet a stranger.

I got some unfriendly vibes in Avoyelles Parish when my business staffed a project there, at least from the parish and municipal government officials. Never met such incompetent government officials before.
