Overall its Orleans
They have some great ones, but with Uptown and some of the general stuffiness with it being the city with the most money, and their culture of self importance its the answer

Parish brewery in broussard used to have that unfriendly unwelcoming beer snob vibe. Havent been in a while

In St. Martin, they will shoot you if you step on their sneakers. Seems pretty unfriendly to me.
