Lafayette. As least driving wise. I've never seen so many people try to squeeze me out and not let me enter a highway from a business.
And I am fast driver. These motherfrickers are in the right lane of a city street tailgating me while I'm doing 45 in a 35 mph.

That’s tough. All around probably Orleans but per capita, I would go with st Martin or west br. Nicest has to be one of the redneck parishes like Beauregard

I'd also throw out those communities on the other side of the Mississippi from Baton Rouge that boarder on the river. Is that West Baton Rouge Parish? Those ones too.

This is stupid. I live in Lafayette, and wear LSU gear most Saturday's in the fall (along with most of my friends), and I've never heard anything negative. The vast majority of my friends are also LSU fans.

My wife is a very nice person, she just can't drive very well
