Not everyone can get an ID. A homeless person cannot get an ID with no address for example. A person who lives somewhere but has no way to prove it, same problem.

Complete lie. I’ve worked with tons of homeless and almost all had an id.

It’s not as crazy as it sounded initially considering it’s a new coaching staff.

re: Lacy 2 mil per, ole miss @1.8

The reason I think those numbers are bs, why would Ole Miss pay a Missouri RB that ran for 104 yards in his freshman season $500,000? I don’t think he will be cheap, but I don’t believe any of those numbers.

You keep using that word “kids, are you confused by what a “kid” is or just making excuses for a man’s terrible life altering decision?

He was a Pennsylvania guy too. Moved from the Bronx at 4.
It’s wild that people still fall for this. First it was the “I know a national analyst” and now it’s “I know a guy that knew AT”.

Only nudity I got to see at an LSU game came more than 20 years ago when a dude decided to go streaking for a rain delay for the opening game that season, I believe.

It was during the rain delay for the Oregon State game and it was more than one dude lol

So I’d say expect some of those kids to get a call but it won’t be more than 1-2 that would actually come to LSU and likely not any names you’d want.

Let’s agree to disagree

I’ve never heard anyone say a positive word about Herb when he was here.

I'm not sure what you are arguing. You obviously had insurance and the ability to pay the co-pay. Co-pays are routinely written off if a person can prove that they do not have the ability to pay. Are you suggesting that the services should be provided for free?

No I’m pointing out if you have no money it’s free. My insurance and I paid thousands so others can get it free. Kimmel and this other dude are acting like kids weren’t getting heart surgeries because they didn’t have the means to get it. When in reality if you have Medicaid, you get the exact same services.
You can link whatever you want. I know that when my kid had heart surgery they charged my insurance almost $200,000 and then thousands more out of my pocket. If he would have been born to a family with no money he would have been in the same hospital, with the same surgeon, same everything. I know because I saw it during multiple hospital stays. It took years to payoff what the insurance didn’t cover.

My son has had 2 open heart surgeries and is now 6 years old playing baseball and soccer. We found out the day of the Texas vs LSU game in 2019 and the next 6 months were a blur. Sending prayers to your family!

He forgot to mention he can’t consistently catch the ball or stay on the field.
Looks like a Lameezy cameo in there too
Great comparison, hope he has Brooks career. Brooks did run a 4.37 though. Great to have some depth in the DB room again.

I’m from Benton and I’ll say with this from my own experience. Zeigler is a camp product, because what you see on Friday night does not scream “4 star”. Yes, he has a good body and a nice arm, but the on field production doesn’t merit the ranking. As the local kid, I’d love to see him succeed, and hopefully the new coach helps him develop.

I live north of 220 but haven’t seen him play. Everyone I’ve talked to has said the exactly same thing. Said he is a good kid and they hope he does well, but they are stunned he is getting these type of offers.
More like agent floated his name around to drive up the price to stay. Agents doing agent things.
Ivan Naccarata would have caught that ball.

So, 9-1 is terrible? They made the quarterfinals as a #4 seed!

Glad to see the program doing well again. When I was in school, Winnsboro was tough as nails before the consolidation. Hated playing them in the big 3 sports.

Not a Winnsboro person. Keep the fail going.

Lol at you throwing shade at them though, considering Fair Park was shut down for its abysmal performance.
“My high”? speak English please. The topic is Dez Ellis from Winnsboro, try and stay on topic and not be so fragile. Sorry your high school doesn’t exist anymore and wasn’t good at football while you attended.

Don't talk about my high school, Coach Calhoun did an amazing job bringing in talent annually.

And they went 3-6 and 4-7 his last two years. The point still stands.
I think you nailed the comparisons 100% as it currently stands. Idk why he thinks comparing him to Hootie is a good thing, when he wasn’t an SEC talent either. Burns may can do those things, but it wasn’t on his highlight film. I hope he does great things and maybe earns an offer from LSU.

However, this thread was about a kid that earned the first LSU offer since his school consolidated and has a chance to be the first Tiger from Winnsboro since Booger. It made no sense for someone to tear down the Ellis kid bc he got an offer and the Burns kid hasn’t yet.
quote:

He had offers from Ole Miss, Tenn & UF

And if any of those were commitable he wouldn’t be going to UNC.
The defensive line coach came from Ruston and doesn’t seem to care that he is going to Texas either, quit crying. The Burns kid film is him literally letting receivers catch balls in front of him and then trying to lay them out. That’s not a skill set that works anymore and apparently the entire SEC agreed so far.

You cite the hs teams record, zero college coaches care about that. They didn’t care when guys like Morris Claiborne, Tre White or Devery Henderson played for arse HS teams. They cared about how they moved and then they moved them to other positions, it’s not even uncommon.
quote:

Who were his other SEC offfers?

We get it, you’re mad that the Neville kid didn’t get offered and Ellis did. You can talk bad about his team, but no one cares about their high school teams records, means nothing in recruiting.
My grandmother was in Grand Chenier when it hit. Her father, worked for Wildlife and Fisheries at Rockefeller, chained them to the biggest tree in the yard and they road it out. Her cousin lost his wife and young child to the storm and was never the same. It devastated Cameron Parish.
I went in 2000 and we stayed at the Crowne Plaza I think. Remember riding the buses and everyone singing Get Your Roll On non radio version acapella.
I wasn’t aware that many had left. They may not have been big contributors, but that’s an azzload of roster spots to fill if you only have 4 remaining.
Wait at the time Jay had more CWS appearances than Vitello and tied with Bianco (who took forever to get there) yet he was a single compared to them? Glenn is a failure of a human being.
