Just wrapped up week 1 of FOTH. I’m liking it a lot. It’s one I can see myself running multiple times in a row.
I've hit a few injuries recently that have interrupted training here and there but I finished FOTH earlier this year and I loved it. I think I did it in January before I started Benchuary. I almost went back to it recently. Decided to give Dr. Jacked a try. I'm doing Dr. Jacked but modifying it these first two weeks because of a hamstring issue so I'm going very light on squats, deadlifts and anything else that puts a fair amount of strain on the legs. Dr. Jacked is giving me a run for my money. My plan after this is to hit FOTH again or possibly look at FOTH 2.
We played Country Club (Golden Nugget), Contraband (L'Aburge sp?) and Koasati Pines last summer. I'd say Contraband holds water a little too well and its been raining lately. Koasati is my preference of the three but the head pro is a bit of a bitch.

I'm not sure you will find a PPSA that is calf heavy - I haven't come across one. I watched a short clip from Mike O'Hearn the other day about calves and he basically said Arnold told him they are dense muscles that require constant intense workouts to force growth. 5 days a week calf raises, 5 sets of 20 as heavy as you can.
Mike O'Hearn video re calves
Now, some are going to say you have to let them rest more than just the weekend. I don't know - it's never been a focus of mine. I'm worried about other parts of the body and don't do much in the way of isolated calf exercises.

Probably use this a dozen times a year. Usually small cooks at the house for the fam. Great resource!

But he's determined to be an obnoxious heel. Trash talking Pereira and Topuria.
He was rewarded for being a heel and having a good fight versus Blaydes. I love Suga Show just sitting there. It seems like this happens in most of the press conferences he is in. He is never in the shite show - just chilling.

Not great but better than Ethel (IYKYK).
We will have to agree to disagree here. I hated playing FRCC. Sure, Ethel had a 65 yard Par 3. But there were a handful of holes that just shocked the conscious over at FRCC.
I thought about joining but I don't think I am going to play enough golf to justify it at this point in my life. I also play too much at Copper Mill, Beaver Creek and Fennwood. I'll just hop on some tee times with some friends who are joining if they allow guest.
I'm sure they don't really like each other, but some of this stuff with Khamzat and Strickland almost feels like a work. They've become caricatures of caricatures. I ain't mad at it - we need fighters that understand how to sell a fight like Conor.

These things are unfortunate. I'm selling Skenes but he is overpriced if anyone is interested.

They certainly were complicit but Landry forced that second district.

60 yds is a very repeatable 3/4 swing with my 58*. 90 yds is my full swing 58* or an easy/smooth 54*
I'm similar but I play with a 52 and its closer to 90 with a little 3/4 swing.
If I have lost all confidence in my ability to hit that shot - and I have before, I'll break out the 6 iron for a little bump down the fairway if there are no obstacles between myself and the green.

My favs were aztec, militia and assault. Love those tilted maps. Love spamming from outside in assault and being called a cheater on the off chance I hit someone.
I see vids of these current FPS and have no idea what anyone is doing or seeing.
As to op, this reminds me of a story I saw years ago where someone was playing Eve and their hundred thousand dollar ship was destroyed. I can't fathom owning items of that value in online games.

I know the numbers wouldn’t add up all that evenly but I hear and read that these are probably ideal injection schedules for bigger guys.
I go twice a week and its fine but yes, the more injections the more level you will stay.
Nice to get to that last injection for the vial and there be about .1 ml extra.

I am considering, as a middle-aged office worker, taking up BJJ.
Some of the older posters know who I am here but most don't otherwise I'd post a photo from 14 months ago and one now. The difference in my physical appearance is stark. I feel 100 times better. I was 41 when I started 14 months ago and hadn't lifted a weight or done any real physical exercise of note since I was in 10th grade.
My then 9 year old son started doing it 2 years ago. Guys at the gym talked me into it. I went from 285 to 235 in 6 months. I changed very little about my eating habits. At the 8 month mark I started lifting solely for the benefit of my BJJ game. I'm still in the 235 range and have replaced the fat with a bit of muscle - got a long ways to go still. I plan on dropping another 20 lbs or so but I'm set on competing in the 235 area for now. I've changed my eating habits since I started working out to maximize the results of working out (high high protein diet).
I also was under 200 test and started TRT before starting BJJ. I'm not sure I could swing it otherwise.
I thoroughly enjoy BJJ. Few bits of advice. Find a good gym where high level guys will roll with you and teach you stuff, not just smash you repeatedly without helping you understand why you are getting smashed. Find a gym filled with good people - the community can enhance your life in ways outside of BJJ. Tap quickly and often. You will get dinged here and there - take a few days off and recover.

I’m not very keen on needles (perhaps due to low T, ha).
SubQ shots are really not bad. That was a big hang up for me and at first I was doing it intramuscular - and was able to do it. But after some research I found subQ works fine and there is no reason to do IM that I know of. Once you get used to subQ you may be willing to take injections more often which raises the time you are at peak levels.

And St. Landry of all places.
I'm not sure how Piers holds it together. No way I get told that story in any context and don't have some sort of reaction to it. Man deserves an acting award.

Since the contract has expired the Trinidad govt told him he could continue to work here, get a pay raise from part of the money we would have had to pay Cuba and the TT govt can pocket the rest.
Now what does the Cuban gov do to his family still in Cuba if he takes the offer?
