re: Caffeine’s negative impact on creatine

That's what I was just thinking. And I usually take both at the same time.

There is a limit for me. I'm not giving up General Tso's chicken.

Be careful bro. I was like that and got a wicked case of tendonitis in my elbow doing weighted chins. Now I have to take it easy on pretty much ebery pull exercise. It's been months and doc says just to wait it out. not damaged enough for surgery.
So it wasn't the same injury but I did get injured within 24 hours of you posting this but not because of the Oak Tree remastered or weight lifting. I injured a ring finger in BJJ training and it killed my ability to grip for deadlift. I finished Oak Tree today but the last 6 or so days I did not participate in deadlifts (of BJJ). I tried a cable pull through to give me some deadlift like workout but don't think I have the right setup for it and just stopped with that idea. Finger feels way better but its not 100% so I am holding off on anything where gripping heavier weight than 60-70 lbs per arm DB and I am taping it for BJJ.
Now I am left to figure out what program I am going to start tomorrow. At least for the next week or so I don't think it will include deadlift or chinups/pullups where its a grip heavy exercise.

Yeah I'm getting read up on this stuff. New world for me. I've read through 3-4 long TD threads so far and have been reading other sites/listening to podcast.

FYI, I was injecting 500 mcg, one cycle in the belly and one cycle near the elbow.
That's a partial answer to m my question and I would like other responses if others are willing to offer. Should a shoulder issue be treated with just BPC locally or is it ok to use a blend of BPC/TB for local injections? Would it be more efficient to just use BPC for local and get TB separately for belly injections? Essentially, will I still derive the full benefits from TB with injections local to the shoulder?

Major props to you doing this as a 6 day thats serious af!!
I don't know if I'll be able to keep up that pace after the holidays. Time will be harder to come by. I'm training for a specific upcoming event in February. I've got 7 days left on the Oaks. So I'm going to knock out 5 more this week, 2 more next week. After that I need to figure out what I want to do. Might do another PPSA - might try to design my own.
I just started working out earlier this year and feel like if I am not doing something 6 days a week I'm wasting days. I'm way behind in terms of being 42 and not having worked out since high school and early high school at that.

I am a little ashamed to say I didn’t know who Bridget Bardot was until I heard her name on whale wars and looked her up. Ironic given the twitter post in this thread regarding her opposition to what’s going on in Europe.
Doing oak right. Running it 6 days a week. I’m dead lifting 3 times a week or so, squatting 3 days week or so. Lots of shoulder work also. Enjoying it. Didn’t like all the supersets at first but they have grown on me as I’ve adjusted to them.

His mentor is Peter Thiel. I mean, you could argue the guy is the enabler of the deep state. I'm not saying JD is all what Fuentes says but it is definitely something to contemplate.

Hot take. If mandated - these are anti-capitalistic.
The last time I was on an airplane I saw a guy argue with airline employees about early boarding for him or someone in his party due to disability. I also saw an unusual number of people with service dogs that were "designer" breed types like labradoodles who had zero training. Knocking on wood - never been on a flight that's been delayed because someone is acting up pre flight.
re: How much creatine to take every day?
Posted by rmc on 12/15/25 at 10:31 pm to Fishinguy3527
I took 5g for three months. To see how my body reacts I stopped taking for 3 days. My workouts were bad day 2 and 3.
As of two weeks ago I am now taking 5g when I wake up around 5am and 5g sometime between lunch and 5pm. I can notice a difference physically and mentally. Like a lot of things I’m sure it’s dependent on the person and their body. If im not working out that day I may only go 5g in the AM. I guzzle water.

No doubt. But really not close to some of the other absurd shite that goes on at the 19th by other Judges.
re: The number of bills passed by congress in past presidents 1st year

Congress not passing bills is not the worst that can happen IMO. I know this is targeted stuff at Trump but when congress passes anything there is always a good chance it screws things up worse.
There are always entities that think the rules do not or should not apply to them in any group with rules. ND is that entity in college sports. Hard to feel bad for them or the ACC since the ACC allowed their bullshite of joining all but one sport.

Pretty sure that QB was at Centreville last season and transferred.
That's an awesome way to win a championship.

We are all good brother. I just have to take those WM digs when I can. I used to think the BR district with Catholic-Central-Zachary, and now Liberty was the toughest in the state. Think y'alls has it for now. I guess they are messing with the BR district now also.
Should be some good games upcoming in the dome.

I don't disagree on the first part.
I actually pull for Catholic when not going against Zachary now because of Hudson.
I think we can all agree WM is probably somehow going to get cheated by the refs this weekend.

Just for the record, Zachary never voted for the split when it started.
I just hope for Hudson's sake he beats Karr by 4 TDs or you and other curr dogs will be on here talking about the curr dog life philosophy and how Hudson doesn't have it.

So unappreciative. Also known cheaters. Hugh Freeze and all. Starkville > Oxford.
