If you dont vaccinate your child, you should not be a parent.

Our second son had all recommended vaccines. Our first son did not have the pertussis part of the DPT after suffering brain damage at six months old. It was the pediatrician's recommendation about the vaccine, although there is not necessarily a correlation between the two. Maybe he was just being extra cautious? I was young and didn't question the pediatrician.

We waited until our kids were 6mo old to start vaccinating and did one shot at a time (our kids do not go to daycare). Our kids were much "sturdier" to start the program bc one of the main minor side effects is just a cold or minor sickness. Those sicknesses are much easier to deal with on a 6+ mo old than a new born. We hit the vaccine milestones around the same time as people who follow the standard schedule but definitely before they hit school age. This has worked out great so far for us since I can count on 1 hand the # of times both of my kids have been sick and we have not had 1 ear infection (knock on wood). I have no idea if this has anything to do with vaccines or that our kids have a strong immune system or just luck.

Long story short, have a talk with your doctor about vaccines. The program is s generic program that doesn't take into account the specific needs/issues/circumstances of your child. If your doctor doesn't want to or can't talk about them then IMO you should find another one. We consulted with our Dr (who has been a Ped for 30+ yrs). We informed him of our concerns. We asked what he thought was fact and fiction in the whole debate. We learned some interesting stuff on the history of many vaccines. He let us know his concerns and we trusted his judgement. We came up with a plan that everyone was happy with in the end.

STEVE you mean to tell me you actually used sound judgement and thought about what was best for your child and didn't blindly pump them full of shots literally from the moment they were born?

You should be ashamed and your children should be taken from you immediately.

Based on the research I've read, being hyper clean as a developed country is leading to a higher occurance of allergies and other autoimmune diseases. However, vaccinations are necessary, and protect us from really bad stuff.

we got ours vaccinated with all required for school in Georgia...but not until they were older...and we limited how many they got at one time even when we went...we were against letting our infant/toddler aged children get multiple shots at a time..it does frick them up...im not saying Autism level fricked up, but it can't be good for their little bodies and immune systems..my kids turned out just fine too

No to the HPV vaccination for middle school girls. Its suppose to vaccinate you from only a few strains of HPV (only 4), but there are a ridiculous amount of strains it is ineffective against. Hundreds of strains. It's called Gardasil. There are too many ridiculous affects, very permanent. Seen horror results from this. I don't believe this should be mandatory for middle school girls! This is absurd and not worth the damage this vaccination has done. Especially giving it to a young girl can cause more damage such as menopause in teens. Girls have been paralyzed over this. I know sex is prominent at a young age today, but I still rather my middle school daughter not required to have this. Especially when it doesn't even protect against much.

The lack of knowledge on this board is scary sometimes. Reading your quote would make one believe the four hpv subtypes that Gardasil vaccinates against were chosen randomly. Gardasil vaccinates against hpv subtypes 16, 18, 6, and 11. 16 and 18 cause more than 70% of all cervical cancers (and an ever increasing number of head and neck cancers). 6 and 11 cause more than 90% of genital warts. Get your facts straight.

Well what he said wasn't wrong. It covers the strains that cause disease for the majority of cases.

No vaccines and kids will be home schooled. Public schools are cesspools for germs and fostering average intelligence and goals in life. No thanks.

Feet about shoulder width apart, bend at the waist and lay my chest across their chest/arms to hold them down. They cry for about 30 seconds then get a sucker and a sticker and all is good.

I kinda thought we all realized that vaccines were necessary and got over the unsubstantiated fear that they caused autism....

We baby our kids too much these days. Take the damn iPad out of their hands and stop injecting them with drugs. Nothing wrong with a little bit of Polio.
