The best description I ever heard is thing of the universe like a ballon.
That analogy is interesting with the way Einstein's theory talk about the "fabric" of space almost like it is a fabric of some sort.
That still doesn't answer the question of what are we expanding "into"? Is the infinite void the balloon is expanding into really infinite?

Nobody knows where we are or what this is. Yet everyone is certain that it came spontaneously from a bang, goo and/or aliens.

If one could go to the very edge of the universe, and then just beyond, what would that place be called?
The universe.

Some people believe in the multiverse.

Even all of them have to be in some type of space, right?
If that area is an infinite thing how can it be a physical thing?

quote:How do we know it is psychical? What if the hologram theory is true and we are just energetic frequencies that vibrate at different scales to produce the various realities and worlds that exist? Like the radio, and how you can have a shite ton of different radio stations by just changing the frequency. What if our reality (universe) was on one frequency and there are infinite other frequencies (universes, realities, etc) out there? I need to get some DMT and do some research on these things.
If that area is an infinite thing how can it be a physical thing?

The Big Bang makes no sense on a logical scale

It might not make sense to you. Scientist are definitely logical and believe it.

Time and space is something I’ve never been able to wrap my head around. How light that we are seeing today is light was was produced 1000’s of years ago in deep space.

And the thought that perhaps something terrible out there has already occurred and we'll find out in due time.

Holy Sh@t
I never thought of that but that could totally be true.
