Was just talking about this to my wife this past week. Kids that drive these go super fast and wear basically dirt bike / motorcycle helmets that cover their face. They also ride them on the sidewalks. Im talking grade school to middle school.

If you have to wear that type of equipment, and go that fast, you shouldn't be on the sidewalks were little kids and elderly roam.
