The world would be different:
1 - Guinness would have plants in Pittsburgh and Topeka and Budweiser would be a small artisan craft beer.
2 - Chicken Tikki Masala would be the national dish, followed closely by beef kidney pie.
3 - Protesters would take a knee when "God Save the Queen" is played.
4 - No George Washington on the dollar bill. No Lincoln on the penny. Big drug dealers would have pounds and pounds of pounds in their pockets.
5 - Prince Charles would be a major cattle ranch man living north of Dallas, happily married to Monica Lewenski with several little cowpuncher kids and rumors of ongoing side action with Ms Texas 1992.
6 - "Give her the UK" would be seen as a nasty remark. Give him the UK? Whatever.
7 - Obama would now be in his third term as president of Kenya.
8 - Michael Jordan would be a commander of the fleet and Knight of the Realm.
9 - There would no Pres. Donald Trump. He would likely be a Thursday night late night fashion talk host on BBC Radio.
10 - When our favorite Cricket player overcame the challenge of a sticky wicket we would all lift a pint and shout "Dilly Dilly!"

They also had India, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and huge chunks of Africa, Indonesia, and the Caribbean under their control.
But all those places, like the 13 colonies, grew up and got to be too much for Britain to keep under its thumb.
Some of those places are still formally under the crown, but they are actually self governing.

If England hadn't lost America, would they still control Canada, India, etc? Would they have spread to the west coast? Louisiana would still be French territory. Texas and everything west would be part of Mexico, or maybe Spain.

No. They willingly gave their remaining colonies independence after WWII because they realized that empires are expensive and troublesome. Examples: India, Africa, Indochina.

Slavery would have been abolished sooner than 1865 and without a civil war.
