Combo of fan and my tinnitus eeeeeeeeeee from 30 years of being around jet engines and standing in front of PA stacks at Ramones concerts when I was younger. If it's too quiet the tinnitus drives me nuts.

I usually fall asleep to the sound of my wife's voice. She likes to talk during sex. So each night she usually calls me from the hotel about the same time I am going to sleep.

Either Nightline or Bravo during the week. LivePD on Fri/Sat and on most Sundays I usually fall asleep during the knockout round of the 2nd Wipeout rerun.
