What do you fall asleep listening to?

My go to calming audio are usually the following 3 YouTube channels, but recently found myself falling asleep to some ASMR.

It's been cool here too lately. Lows in the upper 30s to upper 40s. We live in BR though and I'm not sleeping with my windows open even though there is very little crime in our neighborhood

There’s a season on Netflix called Myths and Monsters that is great with an excellent narrator.
Wish they would have made another season.
I can’t stand American tv narrators most of the time. They have that stupid overly energetic voice and never get to the point. It’s all cliffhanger
