Grew up with a box fan for noise.
As I get older I like to think and full into a dream state with weird thoughts. I also sometimes take 5-10mg of Adderall to fall asleep. It relaxes me at times. Imma weird cat when it comes to night time and sleep.

I have fallen asleep to the Randall Carlson podcasts at less 20 times over the years.
I love the topic and love Randall's voice. His gentle spirit and the topics remind me of my late Grandpaw. Love it.
