Made a play list on Amazon.. Call it “SleepTime.” It’s a mix of Liquid Mind and various Alpha and Delta Wave sounds, plus assorted classical, piano, nature sounds, relaxing new age stuff. I tell Alexa to shuffle and play softly for 90 minutes. Am usually asleep long before.

My wife needs to sleep in silence and I like the TV on. I will usually just have random TV, a game or a movie I have seen on netflix before so I am not too invested. No lie, I have watched Waterboy about 500 times...
