Don’t know about any of that but I do know the Atlantic council which has a bunch of cia members on its board, use musicians to push cultural agendas in foreign countries to serve the geopolitical interests of USA and nato etc. Which was funded by USAID.

When you go back to 2015 when country wasn’t relevant you may have predicted that the kids would be into electric cars and weed in the year 2026 but now it is all dirt roads, trucks, and beer

The new rap sucks and the big rappers aren't putting out good music. Drakes last album flopped. Rick Ross album just only sold 26,000 units. Most rap now is mumble.

I went on Apple Music to try to find an example of what I mean, this was in their “best new songs” for hip hop. I don’t understand why people would listen to this, I feel these rappers are indistinguishable from one another and the songs all sound the same
I actually started noticing it with the Saints locker room and the god awful songs they play, can’t we get some DMX or some shite after a win?? It’s more likely to be this

This is why rap's popularity (especially via traditional metrics) is fading, not because of USAID funding levels

I have Apple Music and it is decent for discovering (Spotify is allegedly better) but I started listening to "Caffeine Country." While there are still some mindless country songs about dirt roads, cold beer and trucks, you can find some gems.
