We get a pin every 5 years. At 20 years you get a $150 credit at the company store. Its a bag of arse.

I wok for a manufacturing/design/ logistics company. At 5 yes, you get a little crystal paperweight and a gift certificate for $200.
At 10 yrs, you get a gift certificate for $1,000.
At 10 yrs, you get a gift certificate for $1,000.

We have a catalogue to choose from with nicer gifts for the longer anniversaries, got a nice le Creuset set of ceramic cast iron pots a couple years ago for my 30th

35 years with same company. 30 year mark I got a ruger pistol, 35 year mark got a Yeti 35qt

My company does points to a catalog. Over the years I’ve got a wood router, table saw and some Amazon gift cards I used to get some blue tooth speakers.

Obviously the 5% are those that work for companies with a pension. My company offered a great matching 401K and a pension. I would always shake my head when young people would quit because they got their feelings hurt. Over 30+ years I had supervisors that treated me like crap and ones that treated me like I was the most valuable person in the company. I had 0% raises and ones close to 30%. You just roll with it and do the future retirement math.
