re: Hilton Grand Vacations

I signed up for a 2-hour time-share presentation for Hilton Grand Vacations in Las Vegas five years ago. It was a big mistake. I'll never never do that again. I walked out. They put so much pressure to get you to purchase a time share. When the first guy ran out of gas he got his boss to take over with even more pressure. The discount room , free meal, free show and bonus points added to the credit card isn't worth listening to their crap. Be aware if you sign-up for a time share it's for life. You can't get out of it. When you die your survivors have to take it over. Also I heard they have "property maintenance fees" that increase over time. No thank you for time share presentations. I'll gladly pay for myself and family for our vacations.

re: virtual reality headset

Where do you get the software or program? from websites, streaming, store bought or etc. I'm particularly interested in "virtual traveling"....such as countries and cities around the world. Walking down the streets in Paris and visiting museums, Egypt monuments, Greece, Asia, etc. etc.
I don't eat fried chicken. Please bring some good smoked baby back ribs.
Lambert's (home of throwed rolls) has great food.
I like Les Mills BodyPump classes.

Does anyone have virtual reality headset?
How do you use them?
Where do you buy them?
Where do you get the videos?

Yea you're right. I attended Louisiana Tech in the early 1970's. As I recall that was a dry parish at the time. It was a bible belt parish. No alcohol sold legally at all. You had to drive down the interstate across the parish line and buy the beer or booze and bring it back and drink it in a dorm or frat house.

I keep a writing tablet and pen and pencil within reach of the toilet. I think about things and write notes (in between farts) on what I want to accomplish in the near future.
The smell of cooking beef liver in the kitchen. It stinks up the whole house.

re: Jamaica… safe off resort?

My wife and I went on a Caribbean cruise with a stop in Jamaica. We went and toured the town the cruise ship visited. We were constantly harassed with walking vendors trying to sell us cheap trinkets and got insulted when we said "no thanks". My wife was harassed with women insisting she let them braid her hair in strands and weave in beads Jamaican style. The food wasn't appealing. There was one eating place with their specialty "stewed goat in green curry sauce". No thanks. We got disgusted and returned to the cruise boat. We'll never visit Jamaica again...or any Caribbean country again. There's plenty to see and do in the good ole USA.

re: Air Travel with Baby

The reason babies cry during flying is their ears are hurting with air pressure build up in their ears at higher altitude. They too young to know how to swallow and "pop" their ears to equalize pressure.

Prostitution is the world's oldest profession.
Mortician is the world's second oldest profession.
What is the world's third oldest profession?

Some people say "Happy Resurrection Sunday” instead of "Happy Easter" because "Easter" has pagan roots and is not mentioned in the Bible.

What do you say?

My dad taught me driving basics in the big parking lot of a Schwegmann grocery store back in the day when all stores were closed on Sundays. We had that big parking lot to ourselves.
