The heat didn't kill those cattle. If it did then the feedlot owner is looking at charges.
I'm not sure what you're getting at here. Are you saying that the heat would only have killed them if there was something else going on like no available water?
I know that 95 degrees on its own doesn't kill cows. I've never seen a herd just udders up during a south louisiana August.

I dont think so. I'm pretty sure cattle have to be alive and the slaughterhouse has to kill them, among many other checks, for an inspected slaughterhouse to take them.
Soooo......say you know a guy who runs a slaughterhouse that isn't technically inspected?

It’s 95 in lots of places and it doesn’t kill cows.
95 is different when you have several thousand packed in a feed lot compared to 10-20 head grazing a big pasture.

Correct, they are only dieing due to no water for extended period. Even if they have no ear in them, 10k cattle aren't dieing from 100F.

I keep saying that the government isn’t even trying to hide it.
All those food processing plants set on fire, egg farms destroyed, and now this.
All this stuff doesn’t happen around the same time for no reason

China think they detected artificial intelligence with their radio telescope. Maybe they communicated back by zapping some cows. Pretty sure there is an X-files episode about this.

Since they weren't killed by disease, are the ranchers still able to send them to slaughter and recoup some of the investment?

You could probably send em down to some South Texas specialty meat markets to harvest the eyeballs, intestines, tails, and other "mystery meats."

^ This 100%. I live in Kansas and yes, it's hot as shite right now but not anything we haven't seen here before and not something that just came out of nowhere either.

Brandon's plan to drive up prices. Then he'll blame big beef. Libruls are on record for hating 'merica.
