The school is enforcing this rule because they associate American Flags on people's vehicles as a symbol of white supremacy. It's as clear as day. They know it's not a fight they can win. That is why they are trying to seem patriotic by handing out flags and decals. They don't want to be the next bud light or target.

It's not about flags in classrooms. Under your logic classrooms shouldn't have American flags either because any flag is distracting.

They can request something to be changed but they cannot enforce it. And yes the constitution protects the gay flag.

In the left’s way of thinking the American flag represents oppression and hate. Trump was right when he said that once they took down the Confederate statues, they’d take down the Founding Father’s statues next.

You are going to have to show me a case law where students are constitutionally allowed to carry the American flag or gay flag with them while in school.

From reading, they are not specifically targeting the American flag. They are targeting the size. If he would use a smaller American Flag on his vehicle, he would be fine.
Some of you ppl see American flag or hear Pledge and lose all rational thought.

Where does it say he was walking around with it?
If they can say you can’t have a flag on your vehicle that means they could say the same thing about the model of your car. They’re violating civil law in a public setting. Cops can’t even trespass him for this.
