Save your money, and buy a Lotus Elise. Lightweight, minimal options to break, and Toyota drivetrain. Can't go wrong....

Going to be hard to find a Golf R in the $10-20K range, but very fun cars....

"The Woodlands" gets real muddy, since it is not a city. Some parts are Spring, Conroe, or Magnolia zip codes. There are areas outside of The Woodlands that attend Woodlands schools.
