If there was actually real social injustice or racist issues going on, nobody would have time to debate racist rocks

They could just make a sculpture out of the rock. Like round it down so it isn't so edgy. Then paint it something everyone likes, like watermelon.

I have two water oaks in my front yard that I have heard others refer to as Nword oaks before. I think someone should come remove those racist arse trees.

But the rock was referred to at least once after it was dug out of the hill as a “n***erhead,” a commonly used expression in the 1920s to describe any large dark rock.

There was a delicious candy we used to eat as children that had a very similar name...I wonder if it will be cancelled as well???

So if we label things with offensive names people will work to get rid of them? This has potential.

Maybe a bust with a very specific type of head.

Yeah, just like the professor at this school who conducted a study whereby he found that white students didn't treat non white students any differently but the students are still racist because they weren't being anti-racist.

Tell that small handful of students to remove it themselves if they don’t like it

We all need to start referring to pine trees as n***er pines so that the government cuts them all down. Got a few I’d like removed from my yard that I don’t want to pay for.

Who the hell even researches this stuff? Like if they were still calling that rock by that slur TODAY I'd see the issue, but unfortunately that was a term back in the day.

Hate him or not, this is exactly the thing that Bill Maher was talking about when he said this:

quote:

Democrats kept saying in the campaign, ‘You can’t possibly think Trump is preferable to what we’re selling,’ and many voters keep saying, ‘Yes. We. Can. In fact, our primary reason voting for him is to create a bulwark against you. Because your side thinks silence is violence, and looting is not. Because you’re the party of chasing speakers off college campuses, and making everyone walk on eggshells, and replacing “Let’s not see color” with “Let’s see it always and everywhere,”’ formerly the position of the Ku Klux Klan. It would be so easy to win elections if we’d just drop this s—t.

There were a hell of a lot of other ones too. Even when I was a kid.

After the rock is removed, the Black Student Union’s focus will shift to generating ideas for how students of color can reclaim the space,

Only black students get the space? That sounds racist.
