South BR and the Lakes area is fine....basically the people that live there pick up trash and take care of their shite. The Keep Tigertown Beautiful people go outside that area often but its a losing battle. Many of the citizens just don't give a shite at all and are willing to trash wherever they go.

Well, come to an agreement with a service in advance. Let them tell you how far in advance they need to be notified and how long it will take/how much. Boom done.
