I don't know if it's rained 11" here, but it's rained it's arse off. Got to be at least 5" or 6".

Ponchatoula is flooding bad. Hwy 22 at i55 on ramp was closed. Hwy22 downtown closed. Many houses are sandbagged and praying.

Yup, my neighborhood has a couple house with water already.

That neighborhood should not have flooding homes. Those houses cost too much money for that.

David Bernard just estimated 4 inches in Covington. I had that before the 4 pm broadcast. His numbers are waaaaay off.

I was getting worried for a bit earlier when the wind got bad. I had them white caps in my bird bath.
