Lea Anne is good people. IIRC she had already retired and has been drawing part time pay for a full time job at considerable savings to the local government. Anybody who replaces her would likely draw a full salary.

It's 100% a ploy to try to put someone in place to challenge Hillar Moore in the next election. If somehow they get this to a vote, we will get to see how all the "racist" white council members won't vote in someone they want.

It's "East Baton Rouge".
I don't know the reporter but he needs to recheck his work before submitting it. That's not even the first full sentence in the article and there are blatant errors that a grade-schooler could catch.
