There was a guy who's house flooded because a garbage can fell into a ditch and clogged the culvert. He used to come into the Chimes by campus a lot around 2001/2002 when I was bar tending there. He always ordered the wings. But, he’d say, “But hang on, this is what I want ya to do. I want you to put them in the fryer and fry’em like you normally do and take them out and sauce them. But then, I want ya to put them back in the fryer after that, but don’t re-sauce them, and bring me some more of the wing sauce on the side. And some blue cheese.”

LaMont, if you’re reading this, you’re the reason for all the fricked up orders of shite that came out of the oil in those fryers. I laughed when the managers said no more double fry special orders on the wings.
