Parish Attorneys are some shady SOBs. They are paid well enough for little work AND they're allowed to spend most of their time working their side hustles.

Yes, of course that is it.
I don't care if 100% of our local administration is "people of color", LGBTQ, wheelchair bound, blind, or anything else.
All I care about is compentency, and that is in short supply in the Metro Council, the Mayor's office, the local judiciary, and while we're at it, the EBRCOA.
