When this happens, will women simply let men truly go their own way?

You’re super hung up on this premise but how the hell would women prevent men from ignoring them?

Are you seriously suggesting women would try to use violence to force men to date them?

Because while I agree with many of your premises that’s the craziest suggestion I’ve ever heard on this site.

You think woman have the same responsibilities as men in our current society? They have their cake and eat it too. They are treated like men when it suits them and then like feminine women when it suits them. There aren’t any feminist women on the titanic when that ship is sinking.

A movie I watched a while back that I think perfectly shows where we are going:
In Future, Female & Male Population Are Separated By Wall As They Are Enemies

Please genuinely watch this. It matches where I think we're potentially going long term.

Absolutely they would. Most women would have men imprisoned just for being single and happy. Most women can't stand seeing men happy without a woman. They are incredibly insecure.

I think women would resort to violence, but they would try other things first. First they would tax the sh*t out of single men. Tax single men at 80% so that single men can't have AI girlfriend robots or anything fun. Then they'll tell men "just get married to one of us and you can stop losing all that money and possibly get all that money back".

But if needed, I absolutely think they would resort to banning all AI girlfriends and even AI companions. I think they would even consider imprisoning single men or violence against single men if necessary.

So you want to be part of a dying breed

or

Your dying to breed?

TLDR so not really sure. Maybe you can explain.

I’m very strongly encourage you to pray about that plan.

When you do, consider this line of your post as the center of your examination:
quote:

thriving and truly living for themselves
Ask God whether there is any version of living for yourself that equates to thriving.

If you truly listen, I believe you will hear that those two things are axiomatically opposite. And that you cannot thrive if you live only for the self.

You think my ideas are crazy, you should ask me about how men would win a hypothetical war against women. And if they employed this tactic they absolutely would. It's brilliant but I don't think you or most here could handle it.

In one post you state you are fine being a lone wolf… in the next, you say you are saving $75,000 to purchase a synthetic companion.

Do you not see the contradiction in those two statements?

I would ask God then why they screwed up dating and relationships so bad then. If God has all power and all control, then why has God allowed this to even happen?

There was a time where I didn't just live for myself. But that time is over. I would rather spend the time discovering myself and making myself a better person. Ultimately a man that can live off grid and on the land without human interaction.

I'm never going to have a family now, so why not focus on myself? At the end of the day that's all I'll have and that's the only person I can truly depend on.

I get it, but you still have those physical needs and I acknowledge that. To me it's no different than a man who is fine being a lone wolf and fully supporting themselves, but still wants to occasionally go to a strip club or get a lady of the night for some fun.

Some of y’all have a very dim view of women while simultaneously marveling that maybe some women have a dim view of you too.

That is a soul sickness, imagining the opposite sex as the enemy and accusing them of doing the same.

There are assholes out there, men and women alike… to measure the entirety of a sex based on dating apps, algorithms, or a few anecdotal experiences is a recipe for distrust and failure.

Free yourselves of this mind virus.

I'm okay with being part of a dying breed. In reality we are already a dying breed. I won't be around to see that happen luckily but it's becoming inevitable.

God doesn’t have all control… he gave us free will. Many of use use that free will to terrible ends

Making yourself a better person is a terrific North Star; it’s something I wish more men would be intentional about. I applaud you for focusing on this goal.

I would just encourage you to consider that becoming a better person requires combating our inherent selfishness. Not embracing it.

Don't date liberal women. Don't talk to them. Don't acknowlege them unless you need to for work. Don't be friends with them. Don't encourage them. Act like they're part of the landscape. Problem solved. As soon as your turn off your attention to those channels, the scales fall off and you'll find the real people who matter. Not the SSRI addicted drones with their amygalas plugged into instagram.

Watch the video below. What do you think is going to happen when tens of millions of these women are single, miserable and having mental health breakdowns, while men are single, thriving and truly living for themselves for the first time in human history?

Why didn't you just make your real point in the OP?

Historically, men have been far more likely to live for themselves even in marriage than women did.

Those are also very poor proxies of human companionship. They are bandaids patching the deeper wound… they are not evidence of one who is thriving alone

I read a lot of this stuff on a semi-academic level (ie, not directly involved and with no experience in the modern app world). Here's my takeaway, it's long -

- The historic social contract is men get affection, domestic life, children, softness and women get leadership, physical/economic security, etc. Each have historically been asked to restrain themselves - men their physical advantages/impulses, flaws in emotional maturity, etc. - women guarding themselves physically and emotionally and holding those things largely back for their future husbands.

- Men built a society where women can work and were encouraged to work. Men either built or allowed women to build departments and career paths that aren't productive and tend to eat away and subvert the actual mission of the business. This is where the "adult daycare" meme comes in. Men created technology to expand optionality for women. Men did most of these things to appease and please women, and in some cases, for grander, purely economic interests.

- The result is that women can work fairly low rigor but lucrative-enough jobs, get endless attention from men who would never have interest in seriously dating or marrying them, and often use the latter to supplement a lifestyle. FWIW I don't mean the sugar lifestyle, I just mean that average women in a large city can go work a bland HR/Marketing job and have men regularly take her to dinner, buy her drinks, so forth in pretty "normal" ways and stretch a pretty meager salary into something more exciting for day-to-day life. Men can't do this, for the most part.

- The worst case scenarios this are bad, they're the social media stories of high body counts and so forth. But I think the real problem is beneath that - plenty of "normal" women can do this for years, getting attention they might never really do much acting on, none of the horror stuff. But nonetheless, they're getting the dopamine hit constantly, probably occasionally getting into relationships/situation ships that aren't destined for anything. And often their natural matches are on the sidelines or slogging it out levels below them. And when they ultimately pivot back to their "natural" matches in their late 20s or early 30s, they're bringing a lot of calluses, baggage, etc. And the men are (understandably) often bringing some resentment.

- "Isn't this how it's always been" - and there is some truth to that. We bought drinks for women. Took them to dinner, etc. I think the difference is a) women previously respected their side of the "bargain" more, perhaps out of good faith, perhaps just out of the idea of reputation/shame/having a more engrained sense of "if I go too far here the thing I want most is in jeopardy" b) the hypergamy of the apps has made what used to exist in theory almost frictionless in reality c) a combination of those things and the modern notions of prioritizing a career over family, that you can always go find a husband who won't care about what you did in your 20s, and candidly, women lying to other women.

- The last part is important because I think it'll have the biggest impact to delay the correction. The correction, I think, is a 6 guy and a 6 girl getting married at 24, slogging it out for a few years, coming into their own together, starting a family. Not the 6 girl having frivolous fun until she's thirty while the 6 guy slogs and builds a career only to have the girl come to him at 30 with baggage and go "ok, you're solid now, now I'm ready for a boring life with you with kids."

-I think we're about to have more voluntarily childless women in the next couple of decades than perhaps we've ever had in world history. I think our misery quotient for women is going to be insane. I think it's already there in many respects, and we have plenty of data for it. But I think we're going to have to endure (and are enduring) a tailing era of dishonesty where women grapple with their choices - "Oh I left my husband for my career and I'm 55 and I'm so happy!" or "I've never for a second regretted being childfree" so forth. For some that will be true. For many it will be blatant lies to avoid looking their own decisions in the face.

TLDR: Men created a roadmap for women to make men miserable, women took it, and ultimately both will be miserable. Men have mostly spend the last 2 decades doing everything women asked in the renewed bargain, while women are behaving at all-time-bad levels and breaching their side of the "social contract." Men are only just now doing anything to "enforce" it and finding they have little leverage at the moment.
