The dangers of alcohol , cop shoots drunk mans dog in wealthy neighborhood body cam

Local business man 34 y/o goes to nearby neighborhood restaurant bar presumably to watch the World Cup Final. He gets liquored up and begins harassing staff and patrons. Staff ends up kicking him out. He drives to his nearby 750k rental home on the wrong side of the road. He then calls the cops to clear his name (possibly). It's unknown why he called the cops. But when the cops showed up, this happened... AND, he ended up going to jail

Good shoot, the owner is to blame, there was a gate, he let the dog out, dog was aggressor, cop retreated, dog kept the aggression and paid with its life because the owner is a drunk idiot.

Incredulous when I read it was a lab, but after watching video - this.
Dog was charging him and barking. That can only be taken one way if you’re unfamiliar with the dogs or dogs in general. Technically justified, I can’t argue it, but deserves a huge eye roll and the cop is still a pussy

I opened the video expecting to think it was a bad shoot. But I don’t even know if it’s justified that the cop is a pussy.
That dog charged at him and clearly was not “just playing.” That was a very aggressive charge.
And the owner could have very easily closed the gate and not let the dog out. So this one is on the idiot owner IMO. Generally speaking, if your dog is shot by cops because you were an irresponsible owner, you are where I place my blame. Not on the dog or the officer.
