Ah, so you left and fricked over your own coworkers and citizens under the guise of muh free markets. Talk about ladder pulling.
This person knows what they did
So us explaining what has happened at FedEx and USAA and happening now at many soon to be former titans of American and the world industry is pointless.
I only hope others can hear and understand.
Enemies like this retired dude don't care about America or fellow Americans.

That's true for leftists also which is why many areas in colleges have become useless and sources of subversion.

And if you've been paying attention at all you'll find the degrees are fakes from scam universities in India.
You'll also find their level of ability and work is vastly inferior to Americans that actually worked for the degree and have performed or have work experience.
Completely false

Yep allll the news stories about scam schools in India, all the reports of how Americans here babysitting entire teams of near useless Indian teams here or overseas, all the stories of incompetence in coding, all the evidence of them only hiring their own and taking over entire teams, departments, companies is all made up. You got me

Seen this in two separate places. And their “type” are narcissistic assholes with zero concept of work/life balance.
One was a manufacturing facility that had all their contracts fulfilled and inventory was overflowing so they shutdown over the holidays. Requested a week PTO to spend time out of state with family for holidays. Was told you shouldn’t ever expect to have more than a couple of days off no matter what and I was “needed” there.

H1B’s out perform Americans.
90M/year outsourcing deal, I was the white face for the bid, all the rest were Indian/H1B. 50+ people involved in the pitch.
During presentation reviews, I noted the team had switched between bullets and numbers in a list. This is the same list, not a different list on the same page. I pointed this out, the team saw no problem, and printed 200 copies, bound them, and presented them to the client the next day.
And someone please tell me where the Brits taught Indians that, "please revert to same," is a proper phrase, instead of, I don't know, "please reply to this email." Daily guessing game of, "WTF are they talking about?"

I work in the McKinney/Friso area with HOA's and drive these neighborhoods every day. If you brought someone in from outside and showed them the amount of Indians in some of these nicer areas(not the real rich), they would be shocked. Some neighborhoods are easily 70-80% Indian. They chase Americans off the HOA board with really bad decision making(mostly to the cheap). They don't know how to even maintain their own houses let alone the HOA. They almost all drive EV's, mostly Teslas. When I say "drive" I use that term loosely because they are THE WORST drivers on the road. So if you wonder why your insurance goes up, you can thank them.
I worked for an Indian couple prior to my current job and the husband crashed his $130K Mercedes EV twice in 6 months. They all believe in the caste system. So even though they might treat you somewhat nice, they'll always look down on you. Same thing with the way they operate HOA boards. My current owner has told some of these HOA's he wants nothing to do with them and cancels the contracts.
In business they will break the law, either intentionally or through their inability to assimilate to the way Americans do things. The couple I worked for was breaking laws intentionally and one of our younger employees caught them breaking a finance law called "interdivisional repricing." I know they were breaking other state laws on storage of certain products because I saw them relocate things before a state inspector showed up. I go to a small sports bar chain owned by Indians. They do no preventative pest control, and only do so when employees complain about what they see. They might seem like decent people when you meet them, but deep down the majority are repugnant.
I used to drive past East Plano Islamic Center(EPIC) every morning just before 6. Every Friday there is a stream of traffic turning into the lot. Muslims crossing the street from the large apartment complex there. That's where the poor ones live. The rich ones live in the $750-1 mil plus homes in the 2 neighborhoods around it. They have their own shopping center across the street, a medical clinic that provides free medical and other services. I wonder how many tax dollars go to their medical facility. I looked on Collin County Cad to see who the owners of these houses are. One is owned by a company called AIA Ventures LLC based in McKinney. The primaries behind it are Kuwaiti. The main one is Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kuwait Finance and Investment Company. Their description of what their business actually does is very vague- you can look it up. I find it interesting that when I searched AIA I also see it stands for American Imams Academy. To say I get bad vibes about EPIC is an understatement.
This invasion has to stop, and people who don't see a problem are going to lead their children and grandchildren into relegation to third world trash or even worse.

Fuller story. I left b/c I would have been charged with taking out 50% of a very very large global organization. Disheartening work. Taking peoples’ jobs away all around world.
Salary arbitrage is not just impacting USA. EU UK, Germany, Switzerland (even higher than USA), Singapore. Exists within EU. Central/Eastern EU countries are lower salaried and have lots of talent.
You side-mouthed ‘free market’ unless it impacts me negatively…types need to move to Germany. Socialist labor laws will better fit your demeanor.
Practically cannot fire a German.
But this is Germans.
Anerica is free market! No unless or untis about it. Salute!

Katy? I thought those folks were protected from the problems of Harris County, only to emerge with a set of their own.

quote:Yes…work hard. You’ll surely be recognized and given a raise. There’s zero chance someone in upper management would ever axe you for a cheaper H1B substitute (and force you to train him).
Moral of story:
Stay hungry Americans. Keep growing, developing, and working hard in school and in jobs.
And if you are retained, they won’t use the H1Bs as an excuse not to give you COL raises at a minimum.

quote:Ah, another perfect boomer example of “frick you all, I got mine”.
I elected to retire. Why? Multitude of reasons but inevitability of me, American, being priced out of my company was coming soon. Free market!
Just another example of a boomer whose sole goal was to sell his own children, grandchildren, and country out for his own personal gain.
