I wish I knew which outfit you work for because I'd boycott the frick out of it.
I go out of my way to buy American products and support American companies. I hate multi national slum companies like yours.

I had a person based out of Dallas at $250k salary & burden and another, on my same global team, based out of Delhi at $80k, same role, quality of performance and outcomes.
No brown is making $80k in Delhi. $75k on shore H1B that takes nine months to complete a project I would do in seven weeks, while only doing exactly what they were told to do, and nothing more? That's more like it.

To be fair, that’s only like 10% of their population.

No…
Real Tejano cowboys are prevalent throughout South and West Texas. Indians aren’t heading to those areas

the jackoffs have been asking everyone to come to their state, and this is what you get. not the millions of professionals they wanted.

This is a fact. $80k equivalent (fact!) based in Delhi to American $250k for my direct report. They both reported to me. I triggered the salaries.
You are onshoring to US from India. I cannot speak to that.
For what I used to do, no onshoring needed.

Do you have fuel in your personal vehicle? Brand no matter.
Boycott time means EV, bicycle, skateboard or donkey.
Free market loves lower costs. Eee Aww (in my best Donkey). Kidding!

Categorically untrue. They might think more conservative, but they don’t vote that way. They know they need Dems in power to slowly take over. They also want as many government assistance programs as possible because they work the system to get as many handouts as possible. They live in communities with $1M homes and have people in them getting handouts.

Local Texas company puts out a request for services, which is responded to by a dump like Cognizant or TCS.
It starts with them placing 1 H1B in a department, doing something like quality control for IT (lol). Rather than hire an American AI deployment specialist, they give the contract to the Indian outsourcer, which moves an H1B from Atlanta to Houston to fill the job. Rinse, repeat. This is how one of my last clients ended up with 15% of their IT department staffed by H1Bs.
That's how it happens at non-tech companies (AWS, Meta, etc.)
Look at JPMC's H1B numbers for 2025:
2025 3,461 Approvals 4 Denials
FOUR denials. That's 3,461 tech jobs, primarily in Dallas, that aren't filled by US citizens that cost more, but by H1Bs, almost entirely under 6 figures, even with 10+ years of experience.

Buy low, sell high is MBA 101. Supply of labor > price (wage) Never ever pay 3X for same thing.
I thought this place was all about market freedom?
Kidding. Stings when it hits own backyard. Know it. Feel it. Get it.
Time to redefine the problem. The market forces are real. So...adapt. Reinvent. New markets. Build new things. Free market wins in the end!
Do it.

After reading your mess it's no surprise you're part of the problem.
Only thing I can't pin down is if you're being obtuse or are genuinely retarded or dumb.
