This wouldn't have happened if we had 27 justices like a democratic nation is supposed to!

Why?

The libs were ALWAYS going to vote that way. Any politically charged case they never change and never waiver and always vote lockstep.

Its a good thing that the more moderate members sided with the majority.

But allows healthcare worker mandate to be implemented.

Great. So hospitals can keep running off good employees and the media and Dems can keep telling us how understaffed hospitals are.

Good. We are winning, which is why while I’ve reached my breaking point, I think this country can still be salvaged and saved without violence. 2022 we take back Congress, 2024 we take back the Presidency, and between 2023 and 2025 we put Fauci, Daszak, Blinken, Miley, Garland, Weingarten, and Cuomo on trial and give them the appropriate sentence once convicted for ruining this country and world and the mass child abuse. They have to pay for what they’ve done to this country.

No surprise if accurately reported. There’s a significant difference between private employer mandates and a federal mandate under OSHA.

There are numerous protected classes that private employers can’t discriminate against. Smokers are on the way to becoming one of them. But you’re ok with allowing them to discriminate against people that don’t want to put an ineffective foreign substance into their bodies that they don’t need.

frick you, progressive lunatic.

The Biden administration argued before the high court Friday that the rules were necessary to address the “grave danger” posed by the Covid pandemic.

I don’t remember seeing anything in the constitution that says the rules/laws change if someone is in “grave danger”.

I wonder if all of these work large companies will reverse their rules now?

I work for one of them, so I'm very interested to see. I hope they do, but have little faith.

This was the point, I think we all agree. When this started, the tide on COVID restrictions hadn't turned nearly to the degree it has now. No doubt many companies wanted the agency action to give them cover. Typical of the modern corporation, terrified of the noisiest troublemakers (here, the COVID cultists).

So the administration does it for them, catering to large corporations and the base, knowing it would be unlikely to survive but also knowing that some corporations (as you imply) will go "well we're down this road, we're can't reverse course now."

That said, things have changed, even from the Fall. The COVID narrative has collapsed in large part, and I think you'll see a lot of corporations who may have held on to the structure several months ago quietly dismantle it now.

No surprise.

But the Biden administration knew this would happen. Employers complying before the ruling was all he wanted to get for vaccinated
