And right there is an example of why players wouldn’t play for BK. He’s not a man of his word.

I'd personally go with 6" Colonial molding over flat. Check out Brent Hull's videos on YouTube if you want to learn more than you ever wanted to learn about molding how how it affects a room's appearance.

Same.

A high level 8th grade team would beat them,,, seriously.

I don’t know about that. I can order something off the internet and have a drone drop it off by my back door in an hour. What a time to be alive.

Not much different than my neighbor’s ring camera watching me come and go from a public space.

Privacy? This was in public where there is no explanation of privacy.

Yeah, if someone gets hurt, your homeowners insurance isn’t going to cover it.

Velvet Cactus

The problem with this site is that Velvet Cactus yore down the ole Chalet Brant building and built a building that is 50% outdoor seating in south Louisiana. So half of their seating is unusable 90% of the time. Horrible decision.

I disliked the changes too, but for the opposite reason. They overhauled the menu to basically be Ruffino's when he parted ways with Ruffino's. Down to even the names of the dishes (Veal Michael was called Veal Michelle).

That was at the Bocage location, not the George O’Neal one
We drop off returns there all the time and never have had an issue. As with anything else, never give anyone anything without getting a receipt.

Where area are you in?
Anything that is attached to the house stays as it was when the house was shown. If you remove the mounts the buyer can come after you for two things

1. You damaged the house by leaving holes in the wall

2. You took something (the mounts) that were attached to the house.

As always get anything out of the norm in writing in the purchase agreement so everyone is on the same page

Same. Don’t really want my kid going there honestly. Not exactly the safest place to go either.

Man the risks here seem extreme... How can they trust someone hasn't put in exploits or whatever in the code AI is using?

I agree. This would never pass my industry's normal 'vendor management' process.
