If the flight is 60% full, there’s no way this is an issue. Cool your jets. Get a drink.

Which is why it was so wild to see so many preboarders

It also appeared some who were not pre boarding had difficulty getting in the correct boarding group

I hope you have to sit next to a smelly fat person and they cancel drink service due to turbulence

If it were up to me checked bags would be free and the airlines would charge for carry ons that can’t fit under the seat.

Love it but that makes more work for the airport crews so costs would go up

Southwest has literally become the shittiest of all airlines

I refuse to fly them

They literally went from the one I would check the prices of first to the one I don’t check at all anymore

Had a Southwest flight out of New Orleans recently. They told us the flight would be full. Little did I know they were talking to the cattle in the back seats. Those of us who paid to choose our seats had plenty of room. Nobody sitting next to or behind me.

We’re a low trust society in the South. At least we have gumbo and football.

When you had two free checked bags and actually needed them they were a bargain, otherwise yeah you pay equal for shittier amenities.

There must be at least one Reverend on every flight because most of these people are healed and quickly get off the plane unassisted.

Grown men that got their underoos in a wad because they had to sit 10 rows further back in open seating, getting off the plane maybe :90 seconds later during open seating always makes me laugh. Most of the time, it's people who travel for work, use SW primarily and carry their A-List preferred status like wearing a letterman jacket from Delgado.

Anybody who checked in 24 hours in advance without any status or CC benefits could get a window or aisle seat 100% of the time

A party of two checking in 24 hours in advance probably had a 99% chance of sitting together with a choice of window / middle or aisle window

A party of three was still probably 95% or higher of being able to have their own row

A party of 4 had multiple options to go 3-1 or 2-2

But the fact that people saw someone getting on the plane 3:03 before them and getting off the plane :54 seconds before them caused the most irrational hysteria in domestic travel.

If you need to pre-board then it’s only logical you get off the plane last at your destination.

I took southwest last week, and they were begging people to check their carryon luggage before every flight.

Maybe if the greedy scumdicks didn’t start charging folks to check bags, they would be more likely to check them with the ticketing agent.

I gotta be honest, I don’t think Southwest is cheap anymore. I am flying them Tuesday because I have flight credits. After that, I think I’m going United.

Get you a Southwest Airlines Chase Visa card and you can get some free tickets in you spend time on Amazon.
